We book our stay at Kool House for 01 night during our road trip. This is the new and nice decor homestay in Tuy Hoa. Nice host and very central location. New and nice facilities Their puppy is cute and friendly. Only one thing need to improve is the sound proof - not so good but not a problem for us.
Definitely recommended. The room was clean, staff were very helpful and the hotel locates near all the spots in Tuy Hoa. We had a pleasant experience staying at the Royal hotel. It's a new, neat, nice and clean hotel.
All the facilities is new and good condition. Staff and the owner is friendly. Nice place to stay and travelling. One of the best hotels overall during our time in Vietnam so far. Great big room with extra bed, belcony overlooking the city, clean well functioning bathroom and everything well maintained.
Tuy Hoa is a great city to enjoy the real non touristy side of Vietnam a breath of fresh air after so many pushy overpriced tourist places. This place is a good cheap hotel for those stopping in Tuy Hoa. It is far from the train station and the 'town centre', but other than that it is pleasant. A great place to make you feel like you are experiencing regional Vietnam! This hotel has large rooms but it is a bit of a soulless place in a rather soulless town.
You cannot see out and there is therefore ZERO natural light. My room had four windows and only one actually opened. The other three were screwed shit - weird! Breakfast wa Breakfast was OK but there is secure safe parking for motor bikes, if that is how you arrive.
A perfectly acceptable and certainly cheap place to stay for one night only but depressing for more than one night. We had a frustrating stay from the inability to find our reservation, to the false advertising a solar tank with no sun for days is NOT hot water , to the poor management so I would urge you to find another hotel. There are plenty. Bang for a buck for sure. Cheap sleep in the center of town, near newly opened Vincom center and 10 min walk to the beach.

This first update is mostly about Tuy Hoa, which I visited in June I will update with more provincial projects later. Map of Phu Yen projects. Construction projects that are in planning or under construction in Tuy Hoa, in no particular order.
What is amazing about this project is that so much of the land is dedicated for lake and parkland. It appears to be a flood plain, but when has that ever stopped developers from trying to put as many building in a former swamp. The river that ran through this field has been turned into a canal. The project appears to have stalled.
