Just do what Clerkjester says. But if you don't know where their original spots are, Tenten is outside the dumpling shop Guy and Lee should be at the school and Neji you're on your own I have absolutely no idea where he is because I keep adding him to my team.
Sorry if this doesn't work. I was running into this problem as well until I changed the team I was running with to not include any of the people mentioned above. Once I did that I went to the training grounds and they were all there with a request mission. Once I completed that they were back in town in their normal spots.
